While the company’s marketing and design were on-point and being noticed, they struggled with early growing pains of production, QC and timelines. TDA was tapped to manage the complex relationship between design, manufacturing and logistics. In the process getting timelines and product quality to achieve a reliable consistency, both ends of the business – suppliers and brand – improved their bottom line.
